Beit Trad is a guesthouse nestled in the mountains above Jounieh bay. I got involved in the very early stages of restoration and witnessed the transformation of this 19th-century traditional Lebanese home into a world-class guesthouse.

While Fadlo Dagher of DH&P handled the renovation, Maria Osseimi transformed the interior into a unique space. The house is surrounded by a pine forest, garden terraces, a small church, and hidden corners and alleyways.
